Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Prorection of the Russian Federation Grigoriy Lekarev made a speech during the 10th Session of the Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

The Russian delegation included the representatives of State Duma of the Russin Federation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education and Science, Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the United Nations and Federal Bureau of medical and social expertise.

The speech of the Deputy Minister were related to the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Russia.
